Returns Policy.

Effective Date: August 7 2025

We want you to love your POLAROID pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Return must be accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

3. How to Return

Email hello@polaroidthelabel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if faulty)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the item was purchased with a discount, only the discounted amount will be refunded

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered

6. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using tracked postage as we are not responsible for lost returns

8. International Returns

Same policies apply, but customs fees or duties are non-refundable and not covered by POLAROID the label.
